15 The Oberlandrats were able to delegate the issue of the dress cards to municipal offices, I have sent a copy of the circular to the district authorities under my supervision and regulated the procedure described in it concerning the distribution of textile and footwear receipts to Germans. I now receive in copy the monthly report of Mr Oberlandrat in Kolinund from the fact that for exactly the same reasons as I did without prior consultation, this has taken the same form. After the allocation of the slips for the month of December was already made in November, I transferred the quota allocated to me for the months of December to the district authorities of my Oberlandrat district for distribution to the municipal offices in which Germans live. Since I do not issue any textile or footwear receipts from 1 April 1994 onwards, I would ask that the quota of shoe receipts be distributed to the protectorate issuing agencies accordingly and that I be granted reimbursement of the monthly declarations relating to the footwear and textile receipts issued. I have not received and have asked for a copy of the 2nd Ministry of Education, Science and Technology mentioned in the Decree of 1 April 1941 No. II 1 - 19395/41 as an annex to the 17th Ministry of Science, Science, Technology and Technology of the Federal Republic of Germany on the promotion of footwear 95 (L 4) for industry, commerce and commerce. Therefore, as in the month of September and October, for the Mona reference certificates I a for the treatment according to the decree of the protector of 27. X.194o II 1 - 2290l/4o nat December 1941, I also allocated 3o I a reference certificates for the care after the above decree. As mentioned above, I have transferred the rest of the shoe receipts remaining to the district authorities for distribution to the issuing agencies (municipalities) in whose area Germans live.
