This can be seen from the above. These complaints are always justified, because a general observation shows perfectly and clearly that the Czech population is much better dressed and provided with footwear than the German. As a result, checks and experience have shown that the quota for both textile and footwear products is allocated according to the population's head count to the individual issuing agencies. However, since the percentage of the purchasing population in the German part of the protectorate inhabitants is considerably higher than that in the Czech part of protectorate residents, it is inevitable that the Czech purchasing population can receive much more receipts, because, after the quota is calculated according to the head count, the quota, which falls on the purchasing power of the population, is considerably larger in percentage
