OT -2- § 3 The Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Moravia may adopt a regulation deviating from the provisions of §§ 1 and 2. § 4 The authorities of the autonomous administration of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Mähren are bound by the instructions of the competent Reichsdienst (Reichsdienst). §5 The Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Moravia determines the political authorities of the first instance (district heads, heads of the cities with their own statute) and the police departments of the Protectorate, which are set up sl's Reichsvergabeverwaltung; it also affirms the factual and spatial sphere of effect. §6 The autonomous authorities of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, which are established as Reichsverzeichnissverwaltung, lead the small Reich in Reichsbeauftragsangelegenheiten - Siegel. §7 000 (1) The Bezéżchmung of the District Authority as Reich - Auftregsverhandlung reads: The District Chief in ......... Reichsgeauftvertragsewalt. The same applies to the rewriting of the small Imperial Seal. (2) The provisions of paragraph 1 shall be applied mutatis mutandis in the rest of the Reich's order administration. Y. §8 (1) The general budget allocations of the Imperial order administration shall be reimbursed by the Reich. (2) Administrative revenues obtained by the Protectorate authorities in Reichseuftregsbehörde are revenues of the Protectorates.
