These statutes do not contain a provision on the general supervision of the Ministry of Social and Health Administration, nor the provision that the provisions of the statutes relating to the charitable nature of the cooperative, not without the consent of the Department of Social or Health Administration - Art. 3o of the Statutes of the Housing Fund (Law of 22 December 1910, No. 242 RG v. The Ministry of Social and Health Administration draws attention to these shortcomings and expects that the cooperative, which has submitted a request for building support to the Ministry of social and health administration, will adjust and supplement its offices as soon as possible in order to comply with the principles and the claims of the community which the cooperative has been granted.
