It is envisaged that, if the Ministry of Social Affairs does not take over the missing amount of 3,l50,000.- K, it nevertheless stands up for the remuneration and amortization and thus assumes a guarantee against the loan granted by the Land Office. On this condition, it would be possible that the Land Authority also lends the rest of the construction project. The Land Office would be covered by the fact that the interest and amortisation of the first 3,150,000.- K would be carried out by the building cooperative and the second 3,l50,000. - K by the social ministry. The political justification for the involvement of the Ministry of Social Affairs in the Iglau construction project is the fact that the city of Iglau was particularly damaged by the political measures of the former Czechoslovak state.
