143 hu Business instructions for the Executive Board. Scope of tasks. § 1. The Executive Board is the managing body of the cooperative. It is responsible for the entire administration of the co-operative and its institutions, as well as for the judicial and external representations of the association. The Executive Board shall conduct the business of the cooperative with the care of an ordinary businessman and observe the statutory provisions as well as the regulations of the statutes and this business instruction. In order to maintain non-profit-making, the Board of Directors must ensure that, where appropriate, the other organs of the cooperative are involved in ensuring that the conditions laid down in the Genein-nützigkeitsverordnung and the corresponding regulations are actually fulfilled. In particular, the Management Board may only be responsible for the transactions listed in the regulation for ensuring that the costs of managing the business within the reasonable limits of the distribution of the transactions. § 3. The Management Board shall carry out all the transactions and transactions occurring in the cooperative.
