On the basis of the proposals of the ground office and the planning of the first non-profit building association, the following was agreed: 1.) Houses 1 to 4 are run according to the Prague proposal, but with shutters. Houses 5 and 6 according to old type; the canopy on the garden side is shortened. Houses 1 to 6 are given the same height, so that all the roofs and sheds are on one level. Houses 5 and 6 prefer the housework at the entrance to the existing foundations.
