- 2 - the main customs offices of Moravian-Ostrava, Luhatschowitz and Hungarian-Hradisch, whose districts together correspond to the Oberlandrat districts of Moravia-Ostreau and Zlin. Within the Protectorate the duties, consumption taxes and monopolies are administered by protectorate authorities on behalf of the Reich (§ 2 a.o.). They lead to the difference between other protectorate authorities, which perform autonomous tasks of the protectorate, the additional designation "Reichsauftragsverwaltung". A total of 1 3 main customs offices were set up within the Protectorate (Section 1 of the Reg. Ordinance of 26.9.194o on the amendment of the organization and the competence of the fiscal authorities in the field of customs duties, excise duties and monopolies - Coll. No. 326). The technical supervision of these principal customs offices and their subordinates shall be exercised by the Chief Finance President of Prague by the clerks of his authorities (district councils).
