Annex 1 4 According to the new articles of association - Appendix 1 - the aim of the association is to provide the least-mediated strata of the population with: (a) homesteads and settlements used for agricultural purposes, by acquiring land and first settlement houses on this ground; (b) cheap and healthy dwellings, exclusively or primarily by building or buying houses with small dwellings within the meaning of the Law of 22 December 19l0 RgBl. (e) to enable the acquisition of own houses by the construction or purchase of dwellings (within the meaning of the Law of 22 December 1990 (Reg. No. 242 and the Statute issued for this purpose) and their transfer to the candidates. 5 The organs of the association are: 1. the executive board 2. the advisory board 3. the general assembly. 6 The board consists of a member to be elected by the general assembly. His term of office is 3 years. At the general meeting of 30 August 1939, 4-Obersturm- führer Jochen T o s t m a n n was elected to the board. According to § 14 of the articles of association, On 13 March 1940, Tostmann elected Dr. Johannes T e e r k o r n with the leadership of the business administration.
