71 S a t z u n g e n of the "Prague Volkswohnungsverein". § l. The Czech Savings Bank in Prague founded the association referred to in § 2 for the establishment of workers' housing within the meaning of the law of 8 July 1902 R.G.Bl.No. l44. § 2. The association bears the name "Prager Volks- wohnungsverband". § 3. The association has its seat in Prague and extends its activity to Bohemia. § 4. The aim of the association is to procure for the less-mediated communities: a./ homesteads and settlements which are used for agriculture, by acquisition of basic residences and construction of settlement houses on this ground. b./ to create cheap and healthy dwellings exclusively or primarily by building or purchasing houses with small housing units within the meaning of the Law of 22 December 19l0,
