In accordance with the regulations, the General Assembly is entitled to dispose of the funds on a proposal from the Advisory Council. 107 It is recommended that these funds be set up as a reserve, with the separation of the renewal fund. The amount of this fund, which will in future be referred to as a "reserve for farmers' income", shall be at least equal to the annual standard rate of 12% of the construction costs provided for in the profitability calculation, less the actual costs incurred to date for the renovation of buildings, lifts and heating.
