Since it seems necessary that the managers and teachers working in this area in the future have a strong influence on the German side, it is expedient to carry out the training course for a certain number of selected young farmers in the rest of the Reich. I wanted to select good Czech farmers' boys, who in a possible Germanization represent a desired increase in population, to pre-school on a three-month rural work course in Bohemia and Moravia and to choose those.
