The State Secretary. 6 March 1943. St.S. 94/43. 1.) To Mr. -6. III. 1943 State Secretary Backe, Berlin W8, Wilhelmstrasse 72. Dear Party comrade Backe! In Bohemia and Moravia the lack of suitable farm managers as well as technical and vocational school teachers is becoming increasingly noticeable. Since it seems necessary that the managers and teachers working in this area in the future have a strong influence on the German side, it is expedient to carry out the training course for a certain number of selected young farmers in the rest of the Reich. I wanted to select good Czech farmers' boys, who in a possible Germanization represent a desired increase in population, to pre-school on a three-month rural work course in Bohemia and Moravia and to choose those.
