This amount exceeds that of the estimation which we had made at the time by the builder Schicketanz, and the Rl . 385.8l0.- amounted to RM. 156,564,75. The structural improvements we have made are included in both estimates, so that even after deduction of this sum there is a substantial difference in the amount of the value. We asked the Raiffeisen Central Fund to send the estimate to determine how this difference arose.
