English Translation

2S I ask you, on your part, to instruct the Attorney General at the Volksgeriehtshof and the Prosecutors General in Wroclaw, Dresden and Leitmeritz to send the future reports of grace to the German Minister of State for Bohemia and Moravia, who will direct the respective removal of the Reich Protector to them. The Herr Reichsprotektor reserves the right to authorize the German judicial authorities in question to grant orders of grace and to refuse applications of grace to the extent to which they have so far been able to do so. I would be grateful for sending a copy of your instructions to the Supreme Reich Attorney at the Volksgerichtshof and the prosecutors-general. In view of the changed circumstances, in accepting your consent, I have distanced myself from the further processing of your RV of 27 August 1943, concerning the treatment of death sentences, - 4417 - IV a 4 1309 - to the higher judicial authorities of the Reich in Prague. Heil Hitler!
