English Translation

(e) Insofar as the right of grace is granted to the Reich Protector in accordance with point 2(a) of your proposal, or to the extent that the agreement of the Reichsprotektor pursuant to point 2(b) of this proposal has been reached, 2 b, I will propose to the Lord Reicheprotector that the powers of grace granted to the Supreme Attorney at the People's Court and to the General Prosecutors at the Supreme Regional Courts in Wroclaw, Dresden and Leitmeritz are maintained, on the basis of all common authority. I am also an extension of this. A general declaration of agreement for certain resolutions of the Reicheminister of Justice during the period of war by the Reichsprotector (thinkable in case according to No. 2b of your proposal) would be given by P.E. to the same extent as the Minister of Justice of the Reich is prepared to make a general declaration of his agreement on the resolutions of the Imperial Protector (point 2a of your proposal), that also in these cases the decisions of grace are communicated to each other, I consider to be self-evident. I have brought to the attention of Mr Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Mühren my opinion, which has been laid down in a var-standing manner. I thank you for your efforts in this matter and Heil Ritler! I am more devoted to you. Frank
