20 St.S. XII H - 30 b/42. Prague, 31 July 1942. 2 1) Law firm relies on special sheets: 3 1. VII 1942 Mr. Lieutenant-General Jung. Jn Sächs Zeitschrift "Časopis Policie a Četnietva" -Group leader Frank on the presentation of Mr. General Riege from 16.7.d.Js. - sign Ib 1635 after their review decided that the magazine does not appear in the magazine "Die Deutsche Polizei". The magazine was to be preserved - as Group leader Frank decided - only the direction of the writing had to be re-designed by the establishment of a German editor who took over the responsibility and by the departure of one of the Czech editors. The bilingualism of the magazine must be ensured in the form that the magazine appears with German title, but initially in part purely Czech text - for articles educational contents, answers to questions and similar trifles, partly German-Czech text - to all announcements, which are indispensable for the operation of the service and the execution of the services, and finally in part pure German text - in the case of articles by German and, in some cases, Czech police experts, whose contributions must be so attractively written that they would also be laid down by the Czech reader. As regards paper consumption, the amount of circulation, the scope of the * magazine and the question of advertisements, the previous volume of 32 pages of text and 8 pages ofjnserates is too high, all the more so since partly irrelevant material was printed (romanes and short stories). In the event of a mandatory reference which appears to be necessary, all members of the uniformed autonomous executives will be able to increase the circulation from 5,500 copies to 17,000 copies.
