In contrast to the individualist_humanitarian police concept of democracies, as it prevailed during the system time in the Reich and also in the 20 years of Czechoslovakia, National Socialism sees as the task of the police the securing of the entire life order of the population and its action against any disturbance and destruction. The insinuation of the autonomous executive under German general commanders therefore means a great proof of trust, in the expectation of an open and internally prepared growth into the powerful State Protection Corps of the Great German Empire, which stands under the direction of one of the closest followers of the leader, the Reichsführer-i. The reason for this lies primarily and as an urgent task of the autonomous executive, the need to become now an irreproachable representative of the realm's power of order. Furthermore, it must develop into a visible champion against all enemies of the Empire and for a new order in the Bohemian-Mauritian region, which represents an essential part of the empire, which is now preparing the way for a New and better Europe in the war.
