8 III C (alt E) - SA 263/2 To the Reichsssicherheitshauptamt III C 4 z.H.v. 4-Sturmbannführer v. K i e l p i n s k i , Berlin. Betr.: Fensterer Wilhelm, Schrift "Das czechische Nationalprogramm". Introduction: Here FS No. 381 v. 26.2.42, there III C4 - AZ 1760/42 v. 27.4.42. It was suggested, with a total of 5 chapters and a final consideration essentially in 2 main parts. In the first part, the author attempts to refute the Czech myth of the history of a Palacky, who sees the meaning and content of Czech history in the eternal struggle and contrast between German and Slavs, between Germans and Czechs, by substantiating in sent form, by numerous quotations, the historical conception of Palackys contrasts that of the well-known Czech historian Pekař, whose historical conception is very close to the idea of the Empire for Bohemia and Moravia in many respects. This section of the book, which covers the first 3 chapters, is undoubtedly very convincing in its formulations, especially for the German reader. In the second part, which deals more with the real realities of the Czech post-war history, starting with the Paris suburban treaties, the author is able to refute the state idea of Masaryks and Benesch.
