1S3 39 Interpellation of the MP K. H. Fr a n k at d de because of the attacks of Kilitarian persons against the Sudeten German Party and against Sudetens German Tun. Although the Minister of Defence has often stressed that there is absolute tolerance in the Czechoslovak army towards all nationalities, which requires the corresponding behaviour of the military personnel, and in particular of the senior officers, the trap increases, where higher officers against the Sudeten-Germanism in a way which completely refute the statements of the Minister for National Defence. Thus the military procurator of Brno Lieutenant-Colonel Antonin Franc in the indictment Dtr.206/37 of 8 November 1987 sent to the Division Court in Brno, filed an appeal against an expulsion under the Law on the Protection of the Republic of Poland, on the grounds, among others, that "the defendant was German nationality and a supporter of the Sudeten German party, which destroyed the constitutional unity and the democratic republican form of the Czechoslovak Republic and had in the procramulgate to introduce institutions in the Czechoslovakian Republic, which were introduced in the German Reich. Ls is also well known that the current regime in the German Reich is endeavouring to connect the territories of the Czechoslovak Republic, which are populated with citizens of German nationality, to the German Empire. Ls was certain that the defendant wanted to draw the attention of the persons present to the Sudeten German party's programme by his statement, which is why he also made the statement." This indictment is an unheard-of suspicion of the Sudeten German Pärtei, which has already emphasized from its sources that it stands on the ground of this state. The indictality in its further parts also constitutes an unrehearsed suspicion of neighbouring German leighes, gelphe being made even more difficult by the fact that it is made official by a state-wide Funkti- auary indicted. The chauvinist spirit of the indictment suggests the corresponding consequences which such an opinion of a high officer must have regarding Sudeten Germans serving in the Czecho-Slovak army. The explanation of the horrendous Winistor for national defense was further refuted by the behaviour of a staff captain stationed in Heinsendorf and who on ll,September l9s7 of the noon don Bauer Rudolf volf from Heinzendorf No.l5 asked if he could be a host of the military at sisper Srll 4hm and explained to the farmer Nolf's answer to the dio vornoinondo: i Whole Gomeinde is cursed. if beveits Gp Hutlerbagago, was I in violen congregations but as sohlooht alding as in Heinzendorf was os nowhere", also this statement leaves us in vain how Mr Stabakpitün will behave to his subordinates in other cases. The interpellants therefore present to the Minister for National Defence the :OBJUV 1. Is the Minister willing to have the facts referred to above examined ?
