English Translation
3rd supplement. 11 letter letter. Mr. Walter Herzog Zahnwaren Grosshandlung Vienna. Dear Mr. Duke. On 9.d.M. after a joint consultation, you agreed to withdraw from the assignment contract and, after the negotiation, confirmed yourself with a word of honour and handprint that you considered the assignment agreement and also the service contract to be lost, cancelled, and promised to come to Äpril in writing in accordance with this agreement. Instead, you send me the Rambousek, with different new applications, which I do not accept at all, without the prior consent of the Reichsprotector. I cannot conclude such contracts without treating them as invalid by the Reich's protector. I only wanted to justify myself by your declaration to the Reichsprotektor, because I have great inconvenience because of the contract, which was not recognized. You, dear Duke, as an honest person keep your word of honor and I expect your information in this regard. Respectfully DUASA Votruba e.H. Prague, 29 March 1943.
