V - 3 - solution within the framework of the Czechoslovak state. It has been essentially three reasons. The first knows Lord Runciman himself. In his report, he rightly speaks of the psychological attitude of the German population towards Czechoslovaks: the Germans in the Czech loan of official promises made by the German government, but were not kept, there was more to government promises.
