22 The Perfönliche Berater Reichenberg, 4 November 1944 of the Gauleiter and Reichsstatthalter Reichsstathalterei KDR. 619g-Dr4Dr im Sudetengau Minlsteramt An den Eing.: 8. NOV. 1044 Personal speakers of the German Minister of State in Bohemia and Märten Herrn Ministerialrat G i e s Prag IV hel Dear Ministerialrat! In the annex I send you a copy of the letter of the Higher SS and Police Leader Main dated 3o.lo.l944 about the understatement of the commanders of the warlords under the order of the higher SS and police leaders. In the letter it is assumed that the Sudetengau is under the higher SS and police leaders in Nuremberg, Dresden and Wrocław and not the higher S.S. and police leader in Prague. Since I am not aware of the implementing regulations of the Reichsführer SS and commander of the replacement army, I would be grateful for a clarification of this question. I assume that the Sudetengau is also under the uniform command of the Higher SS and Police Leader in Prague with regard to the prisoner-of-war system. /1 Annex Heil Hitler!
