According to the Reichsbahn-Oberrats Keller, this book was published in an edition of 5.oo piece. The edition was distributed essentially in the Protectorate. A residual stock of approx. 6oo piece is still available. I have asked Mr. Reichsbahn-Oberrat Keller to refrain from the redistribution of the remaining stock.
