The paper quotes the Kundt interview and the neutrality article published by the PZD, and adds a comment by Krychtalek that the chairman of the interministerial commemx commission Dr Krejčí had already consulted a number of concrete complaints about his request for German ethnic group. Due to these violations, strict directives were issued to the authorities, in particular with regard to the dismissal of Germans. Undoubtedly, certain demands and complaints from the Czech side concerning the relations between the Germans (in the čsR) and the Chechnya population and the employment of Czechs in the German enterprises are also available. As regards the concept of neutrality, there will be no fundamental differences between the German and Czech views.
