Thh Generalreferat Wirtschaft Prag, 17 January 1944. -No.V/l - 12744/43 - Eing.t 21.JAN 1944 To the Mi nistera m t. Subject: Property law dispute between the Slovak Spirit Centre and the distillery= associations of the Protectorate. With reference to the letter of the Chairman of the German Government Committee dated 15 December 1943 -V Ld 405l8/4: which was sent to me in copy by the Financial Department, I report the following: It is not true that the agreements concluded between the member bodies: the Slovak Spirit Centre and the distillery associations of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia on the division of the former common assets have been available for a long time for the approval of the National Bank of Bohemia. On the contrary, the spirit sales association of the national distilleries in Prague only signed by letter dated 1 December 19943 d on 1 September 19943 the "Protocol of Tests on the conclusion of the negotiations of the distillery associations of Slovakia with the diaphragm associations of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, which took place in B tislava in the days of the 3rd century. By November 8, 1942, the National Bank had submitted for approval. In this protocol, agreements were reached to cancel mutual claims and to hand over shares of the Malacky, Levoča and Preš factories and a plot of land in Pressburg. By letter of 29 December 1994 the National Bank of Prague pointed out that, prior to the granting of the permit, a detailed list of the mutual requirements to be charged and the value of the shares to be carried over and the land=assembly had to be submitted. This condition for granting approval has not yet been met.
