21 Copy Department of Finance Prague, 4 May 1944 VIIa - 1130 - 81 1) Note: The Ministry of Finance of Prague (MOK Dr. Čakrt) has communicated orally that the expert of the Protectorate, Dr. Jíru, his expert opinion on the value of the operation of the Sublima in Vlkanova is expected to be completed only in the first half of May 1984, because his trip to Slovakia was delayed. I have the head of the Slovak delegation, Dr. Hrnčár, who occasionally informed other negotiations in Vienna on 29.4.1994 and agreed with him on the following: 1. The German Minister of State will send the evaluation report drawn up by Dr. Jiru to the Slovak Ministry of Finance immediately after completion. The Ministry of Finance of Prussia will immediately forward the evaluation report referred to by experts from Slovakia to the German State Ministry. 2 It is planned to continue negotiations on the Verkau: the company in Vlkanova in the period after 12.6.1944 in Neushl. The Ministry of Finance of Prussia will make telegraphic proposals for the start of negotiations. 3. The determination of a supervisor who would have to comment on the dispensing guards of Slovakia and the Protectorate is difficult because Slovakia could not recognise a supervisor over the opinion of the Head of the Audit Division of the Slovak National Bank. Instead, the German delegation will draw up another expert to whom the two reports will be made available beforehand and who will be able to comment on these matters during the negotiations.
