9/ - 2 - it has been agreed that Fir=ma Sublima must deliver to the Slovak State the part of its branch located in Slovakia, which did not already fall within the scope of the Slovak state, at a purchase price to be fixed. It has been agreed that each party has to submit the expert opinion of an expert on the value of the holding, on the basis of which the purchase price is to be fixed. It had been assumed that these negotiations should take place in mid-June, after prior exchange of the expert report. The Slovak report is now to be completed, but has not yet been announced to the German side. The report of the Protectorate is completed and will be forwarded to the Slovak Ministry of Finance in these days. I therefore believe that the opening of oral discussions on the purchase price is premature at the moment, because neither of the two parties has had the opportunity to examine the opinions on=. However, it is to be assumed that Ministerial Director Schulze-Schlutius would like to close this matter immediately, and that, in view of his negotiations, he will give the Protectoro=rat an accommodation when fixing the purchase price na=. It is important whether these possible negative financial effects for the Protectorate should be accepted, against the potentially unfavourable consequences for the Reich, which could arise in the event of a rejection of Slovakia's wishes for the negotiations on German-Slovak goods and payments. In the event of consent to the negotiation of the mentioned questions within the framework of the government committees, it is necessary that a representative of the German Minister of State attends, since Ministerial Director Schulze-Schlutius is not informed of the facts. I would ask for a decision whether, in view of these circumstances, the Ministerial Council of Schmisser should take part in the negotiations= or whether the Government Committees should object to the treatment of the questions. I would like to ask that the questions be dealt with by the government's outbursts, I would ask that Ministerial Councillor Schmißer's mission to Prussia, which is expected to last three to four days. If the negotiations are to be contradicted, I suggest that the Ministerial Director Schulze-Schlutius be informed.
