The Czechoslovak Republic and the consequent withdrawal of the former Slovak members of the Association have become necessary to conduct direct negotiations without state participation. (i) the total value of the assets to be shared, calculated on the basis of the balance sheet values of the individual assets, is 15.6 million K; (2) the Slovak share of these assets is 26 %; 3) The share of the Slovak parties is paid in shares in real estate, etc.
