Fr a n k by the hand of Ss-Obersturmbannführer Fischen Prag Group Leader! On the matter mentioned in above letter, the head of the branch reports: After consultation with the German guardian judge Dr. M i t r e g a_ it is not possible to order a German guardian for Franz L i e s kovsky before he has the German nationality. It has therefore been arranged with the national authority that, on the basis of the original notification of the whole Lieskovsky family, the son Franz Lieskowski is now granted German citizenship. As soon as this has happened, the German guardianship judge will be informed from us and particularly informed of this case so that a guardian will be appointed, who then has to deal with the subjection of Franz Lieskovsky in a German home school. Usually, the guardian appointed in such cases is the district head of the NSv. However, it is also possible to appoint another guardian, and the guardian is always prepared to appoint one of you, group leader, us or another department to him, if we can present him with a suitable proposal. epartei Heil Hitler! d.PLaDG mry E sturmbannführer A.
