NOV. 1944 M To the Minister in the Czerninpalais. B 0N S 4 Betr,: Naturalization of Josef L i e s k o w s k i' with family in Prague VII Winzerstrasse 23. Installations: 82 Josef Lieskowski as well as his wife and his son Franz warer Slovak national. She suctter in lg39 for her naturalization. Josef Lieskovski is German and also largely German. His wife is Czech descent. The Breeding and Settlement Authority Se - Aussenstelle Böhmen-Mähren- in Prague had raised concerns about the naturalisation of his family members. These concerns were dropped on the basis of the examination ordered by him first for the son Franz Lieskowski and finally also for the spouses Josef and Anna Lies-Kovsky. The son Pranz Lieskowski was naturalized in May l943, his parents in August l944. Josef Lieskowski has now presented himself to the President of the State in Prague-Reichsauftragsverwaltung- and here and asked for a revocation of the naturalisation. He explained that his son feels like a Slovak. He had the will to educate his son as a German z@. However, he did not succeed in this. The attitude of his son and also of his wife threaten to crush his family. If the naturalisation is revoked, legal consent is only possible if the naturalization has been revealed by false statements. This should not be the case in this case. Lieskowski has not yet been given a decision. Mr. Minister of State has personally dealt with the case, I bring to the attention of Lieskowski's new request for a decision by the Minister of the State.
