Mingolsheim, Dr. Erich K r e g e r , P.V. Hamburg, Johamnes I a n d g r a f , p.V . Hamburg and the Wachtm.d.Sch.d .Res. Eugen V o g e l l e h n e r, P .V. Giengen, are provided for service by decree of the RFyj v.2.2.43 - 0.Kdo. II P.allg.(3a) 23. FEB.1943 Nr. 26/43 - the Imperial Protector in Bohemia and Moravia - Inspector General of the Administration. They are used to review and promote the German education system and are assigned to the Oberlandrats as co-workers for school affairs. This appropriation is intended to cover the employment of special staff with special knowledge and responsibility who have been recruited from among the teachers in the police reserve on the basis of their professional and other competence for this special mission. The above-mentioned police reservists are therefore covered by the special forces which, after the reference release (classification of lower-level police reserves into a higher level of service)
