15 V. In the postal folder of the Reichspostministerium, the incoming secret letter of the Imperial Post Minister to the German Minister of State (without personal address, violation of the secrecy regulations) has been entered. The letter is completely incomprehensible, since it refers to an attribution on my part of 22.9.44, which is attached to Appendix 2. (Appendix 2) have been withdrawn from the Protectorate at the beginning of the Russian campaign, following the explicit request of the RPM and after agreement between RPMand OKW with regard to the extraordinary personal needs for the occupation of the large eastern regions. An interim offer to occupy all the endangered service posts by Reichsdeutscher Kraften has not become known here. The oral statements of the then president and current ministerial director Flanze during his guest performance in the Protectorate could and cannot be taken seriously. At the end of the second paragraph of the letter of 26 October, it is claimed that "Group IX" does not attach any importance to cooperation, as it is self-understanding with the other German posts. As regards the last assertion, only the following would be noted; the lack of cooperation seems to be seen in the omission of similar acts, such as the Deutsche Dienstpost Osten (see special court proceedings against fishermen and comrades). Personally, I would also reject any comparison with the individual chief executive of the German Service posts as an insult! The letter of 26th is not a one-time derailment, but the beginning of a new campaign. As can be seen from Appendix 3, an incomprehensible sharpness is also carried into a purely factual discussion on the basis of the management of the construction quota by an outrageous copy of a min. council of the building department in the RPM. Incomprehensibly unintelligible, the F5 vaun 27.10.(anl 4). 27.10.44
