MK/M-St./Gl.4008/42. 07 Mr. Ministerialrat,Ss-Obersturmbennführer Dr.Robert G i e s, P r a g IV. - Czerninpalais, Chancery of the State Secretary. Dear Mr. Ministerialrat! My personal adviser,Mr. St u c h l i k, has to drive to the Gauleitung in Reichenberg on Wednesday next week. I have the greatest interest in the fact that Mr Stuch-lik will be back in Prague as soon as possible, since I am doing several important works with him just now before my trip to Berlin. If he takes me by train, I miss him for two days. I therefore ask you, in view of the rules of the Secretary of State, your Minister's Council, to grant, exceptionally, a written authorisation in this case, that Mr Stuchlik may drive a car to Reichenberg, so that he will be back in Prague within half a day. I would still like to mention that the one route is driven almost entirely by gas and is only consumed on the way back to Ben-zin.
