Translation 68 18 Rue Bonaparte,Paris 6o. To all the compatriots in France, all the fellow countrymen, the events that have affected the Czechoslovak nation and the state, we, who are outside the borders of our homeland, faced new and serious tasks. We ask you to stay together and continue to work in mutual love and faith in justice. She has already taken all steps to maintain her home on Rue Bonaparte and is trying to secure the legal status of those compatriots who have a permanent job here and do not want to return home (naturalisation, ratification of social security treaties, which our working compatriot should place on a level with the workers of other nations). The Committee of the Csl.Colony elected from among its members an en- ger committee for uniform organisational work and indirect traffic with Dr.OSUsKY. The Organizing Committee asks you: - Be worthy always and everywhere and do not let yourselves be challenged to hostile rallies and criticisms. Thus you would only harm the efforts of the csl. Colony and thus yourself; - organize no rallages in Paris - no action at all without prior agreement with the Committee. - if you are asked to speak at public meetings, then excuse yourself; - if the French press does not write and send out any documents, it is not necessary for you to take part in any of these activities, since this would have only a fragmentation of our power, while it is our duty to hold our strength together; -if you are organized in the French province, then finally non-political; - If you are called upon to speak in public meetings of the French public, then apologise; - do not write or send out a copy of the press. Explanations; - do not divide yourself into Czechs and Slovaks. Each such distinction is a fragmentation of the forces, but we must be strong. If the Czechs go to the right and the Slovaks to the left, then we will not move forward and will not succeed in the world. Overview of the more organized actions: On Saturday, March 8, afternoon, a powerful move from the Madelaine church to the Office de Tourisme de Tchecoslovaquie was organized, where participants laid flowers at the flag of the state and sang the national anthem. On Sunday March 19th Yormittag wurdan magnificent wreaths at the csl. monument at the cemetery Pere Lachaise by the association of former French fighters with great participation of the compatriots never stopped.
