See 65 SD Special Command Prague 1178/39 Prague, April 12, 1939 To Mr. State Secretary SS-BrigadefüIhrer F r a n c k P r a g Czernin-Palais Brigadeführer! Concerningly I send you two circular letters, respectively calls for a Czechoslovak "Central Committee", which was formed in Paris and apparently under the direction of the former Czecho-Slovak ambassador in Paris, Dr. OSuskY, stands. The call is directed "to all fellow countrymen's associations, to all compatriots in France". From the content it can be seen that Osusky seeks to organize the Czech A.a. Choslovak emigration in France. The headquarters of the emigration is probably located in the building of the former Czechoslovak embassy and in the Office de Tourisme de Tchecoslovaquie. I will keep you informed of the outcome of the further intelligence investigation.
