General Eliáš tries to become a general again, while circles of the former Ministry of Foreign Affairs try to reach out to a diplomat/forcing. Nečas appears to be the appropriate man for this office, since he is to be regarded as an expert, 2. the policy of consumers wants to operate, 3. he is very popular with Czech workers and his appointment will therefore greatly contribute to the calming of the working class. Although Neča's former social democrat was, there are no reservations about this, since Nečas is more to be called socialist than Marxist. Significantly, the Moscow Radio still insults Nečas because of his speech, which he held in order to call the masses of workers on these days of the invasion of the German troops. A photograph of the Nečas had already been presented to the Supreme Councillor of Government, Wilhelm Rentrop, and it would be very appropriate if steps were to be taken with this Lord, since Nečes is put at the head of this office. Capitalist circles are already carrying out the work of the Supreme Government.
