English Translation

The demands contained in the present memorandum were made to a certain extent on 15.3.39,by prohibiting all the Jewish advocates resident in the Protectorate from their personal appearance in court.This measure is not approved by the President of the Advocates' Chamber,Kopecky, and the Minister of Justice.Both consider that the Jewish lawyers,the percentage of the population of the Jews in the Protektoratehiet, are represented in the court.
