English Translation
St.M. IV D - 226 d/43. Prague, 21 December 1944. 1.) Note: Mr. Herrmann, a member of the Minister's Board of Ministers, who was appointed from here to the Supreme Audit Authority and worked there until he took office at the Party Chancellery, has, in a private letter addressed to me, come forward with a decision by the Minister of State that he should either be given a sufficient area of work of war instead of his work at the Supreme Accounting Authority, or, if this is not possible, his Uk position would be cancelled. Herrmann enjoys the confidence of Reichsleiter Bormann. His promotion to a ministerial conductor (!) is to be imminent. Even if this promotion should take place even longer, it will hardly be possible to use the service of the official, which is important for the war. At best, a temporary employment in the General Referat "Sonderfragen Rüstungswirtschaftliche" (special questions for the economy), although Herrmann was not active in the economic administration until now, would be considered. Therefore, in case of his distrust at the party chancellor, it would be possible to give him the opportunity to stand in the B1 front. Herrmann belongs to the year 1907 and did not serve. K.H. to the 2/226 Minister of State with a request for a decision. /
