The list shall include all workers (officials, members of the Wehrmacht,administrative officers,employees,workers) who receive their remuneration from the Bohörde or employment office which draws up the list.The inclusion of an Arboitnehnar in the list does not imply the establishment of a holding,it has only the purpose of giving Finance Karlsbad the opportunity to identify the taxable persons who are required to make a preliminary assessment and, if necessary, to request them in particular to submit a tax declaration. The inclusion in the list may be omitted if the following conditions are clearly met: a) the income of the employee, his wife and his minor children belonging to the household who are not permanently separated from him, must not, together in 1939, exceed the amount of 8,000 R4 and have consisted only of wages (no additional earnings 1) and b) the total assets may not have exceeded 20,000 R4 in the case of married or widows on 1 January 1940, and 10,000 RM in the event of singles. 5. The completed lists must be sent directly to the tax office of Karlovy Vary by 3 July 1940 at the latest.
