11a At the moment of removal, no longer leave the consulate and allow all male members of the consulate to enter the consulate rooms immediately and remain in them until the eye blioc of removal. In addition, it should be requested that a complete list of officials and staff and other auxiliary staff of the Consulate and their family members be sent without delay in so far as they possess the nationality of the country concerned. At the same time, protection of the consulate building and the home of the consular director shall be carried out. The entire staff of the Consulate with pamilial members must be kept in hotels and kept under guard until they have left the country. The selection of hotels must be prepared immediately. Dåe Hotels may also be located outside the place of the Koneulat. The list of consular members submitted by the Consulate's directors must be compared with the lists sent to the police department in accordance with § 14 paragraph 5 of the Reichsmeldungsordnung and § 15 paragraph 3 of the Ausländerpoli.zewerordung. As far as persons are reported by the consular officers as members of the consul who have not been held by him so far on the basis of the aforementioned provisions si.a., the secret State police will in each case arrange for my decision. Until this decision is taken, however, these persons are to be treated as members of the consulate. The transfer to neutral foreign countries takes place within about 1o days on my special instruction. The persons responsible for the planned measures have to be instructed to give greater courtesy and courtesy. The measures are to be prepared for the consular missions of the following countries: Poland, France, Great Britain, Belgium, and the USA.
