41 Caerdcer Prag, 25August 1942 A. 27. AUG. 42 tadadloows Anl. 1OVSS 1998 Rpr.3183 Bearb. Subject: Appointment of Min. Dr. H u b r i c h as Honorary Professor at Charles University Reference: Letter from the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Law and State Science, Z1.889l v6.8.1942 0a to ae During the lifetime of M-Obergruppenführer Heydrich awte, the plan was discussed several times to strengthen the Faculty in Prague in the sense that the particular problems of the new Eastern territories, the Protectorate, the General Government, the Reichskommissariate des Ostens, Nordens und Westens as well as the integrated Western territories, are intensively dealt with. To this end, an Ordinat for inter-Jewish and intergovernmental law was applied for and envisaged, in addition to which an administrative practitioner also acts as an honorary professor. The Reich Finance Minister, upon request, approved the above-mentioned Ordinariat. After the death of the W-Obergruppenführer Heydrich, the faculty has taken the position that the new chair should be filled with the professor of the rights of technical high school Henrich. Henrich has an ordinariat at the technical university, which is to be set free for a business chair at the request of the rector Buntru. I cannot completely ignore the wishes of the rector, since it is essential that the technical high school should be extended. However, Henrich's appointment does not fulfil the plan which W-Obergruppenführer Heydrich had. Henrich knows the south-east European law and also knows the magic language.
