In a debate between Pleiger and Dr.Kaltenbrunner, Minister of State Frank declared himself to be in favour of the Reichsführer's wish: 1.) Director General Jng. Kuchinka retires immediately. 2) Director General Yng. Kuchinka, in his role as Director General and Chief Operating Officer of the company, will be replaced by a tripartite board of directors, consisting of three senior directors of the Witkowitzer Eisenwerke. Hochöfner Vlk, proposed by the State Councillor Pleiger, will take the lead as Director-General and Chief Executive Officer of Wit-kowitz's iron works. The two other members of the board of directors, who also come from the Witkowitz ironworks and are proposed by the State Council Pleiger, require the approval of Minister of State Frank. 3. Dr. Guido Schmidt is entrusted with the function of enemy asset manager (including trade executive). He has to limit himself to these functions, has no right of direction to the directo- ry and has to hold any influence at all on the current business and operational management.
