St.S. XII M - 1/43. Prague, 7 January 1943. Mr. Küblbeck. I ask, in consultation with Miss Dr. Watzek, to search for letters of the same and similar nature as the closed letters in the files of the office and the archive of the Secretary of State and to separate these letters from the files under the leave of a copy. The letters are to be collected and summarized in the archive in a folder. In the future, I will have at my disposal which letters have to be placed in the folder after they have been copied. If there are any ambiguities about the implementation of this statement, they will be brought to my attention together with Miss Watzek.
