4 Prague, 15 March 1940. 1st note. The Secretary of State has decreed that the booklets "Polish Blood Guilt" and "Polnish Blood Terror, an eternal warning" should be sent in one copy to the following persons: Prime Minister Eliáš, Cardinal Archbishop Kašpar, Director Burda, all Prague, and Chief Editor Košižek, Brno. The remaining booklets have been inventoryed in favour of the library of the Secretary of State. 2.
