Dear party comrade Henlein te The agreement mentioned in your letter of the ll.9.d.Js. 150 lorries from the Sudetenland were converted into Bohemia and Moravia within 3 months, with partial deferment of the own conversion programme to help bridge the start-up of the reinforced conversion in Sudetensgau. At the same time, care was taken to ensure that craftsmen from the Sudetengau in local conversion workshops gain the necessary knowledge and experience. Up to the l.l0.d., however, only 3o vehicles had appeared and were converted, because the lists of the remodelling vehicles were frequently modified and objected by the vehicle holders. The generators and workstations provided for the conversion of the l50 lorries have therefore been used only to a small extent. On the other hand, unfortunately, the generators and working conditions could not be otherwise available from here, because a late arrival of the trucks from the Sudetenland had to be expected.
