Dear Mr. Imperial Protector ! On the basis of the consultation on December 14, 1943, I gave instructions for the count Kinsky to be examined by the competent police doctor. According to the judgement of the Oberfeldarzte de Polizei, who is responsible for the investigation, Count Kinsky is healthy and liable for damage to the cardiac and vascular system, except for an age-related damage. Furthermore, I have agreed that the Count Kinski can be delivered a package by his relatives by way of derogation from the usual regulations.
