By final judgment of the special court at the German Landgericht in Prague of today have been sentenced for continued deliberate interception of foreign stations: 1. Rudolf Theobald Graf c z e r n i n from Dimokur to a penitentiary sentence of 3 yearsh 9 months, as well as to 4 years of loss of honor and confiscation of the radio equipment; 7 months of the detention period suffered have been counted. 2. Franz Graf K in s ky_aus Adlerkosseletz at a penitentiary penalty of 2 years 9 months, as well as 3 years of loss of honour and confiscation of the radio apparatus; 4 months of the detention period were counted. 3. Charles Viktor Prinz de R o h a n from Chaustnik to a prison sentence of 2 years 3 months, as well as 2 years loss of honor and confiscation of the radio; 4 months of the detention of the victims have been counted.
