the Czech Anton S e j r e k ,Tremles, Bez. Neuhaus, was submitted to the Czech physician Dr. Brynar,Tremmles, who was unable to detect any disease findings. On this point, S. was examined by the Dr. S u t n a r in the Neuhaus hospital and stated as a reason for the disease an ulcer on the 12-finger-intestinal. The doctor prescribed a four-week hospital stay and a further period of four weeks. The worker Sejrek had a work obligation to the air engine plants in Ostmark. A work transfer cannot be carried out after the Dr. S.'s certificate. In reality, SejRek should be completely healthy. Dr. M i k u l a š e k , Böhm.-Brod, should issue medical certificates to his known and recommended persons so that they are not used for work.
