On your letter of 8 March 1994l and as a supplement to my report of 1 April 1994l, Z. llo/Adj·/ 194l I would like to pass on the following further information on the matter of the farmer Josef E l i á š: The horse dealer Jaroslav C h y t r áč e k from Klein Techow Nc. 64 has on 28 March 1st year for an indefinite period, without obligation and completely free of charge the farmer E l l i_é ž-. from Biechowitz Nc . 4 loaned the promised horse for the necessary field work on condition that E 1 i á š_ gives the horse the corresponding full amount of feed and allows the necessary maintenance to flourish. In this way, it is possible to manage its fields to the full extent. In addition, I would like to point out that, by way of the district authority in Ritschan, E l i á š submits to the Ministry of Agriculture an application for exceptional aid to cover part of the damage caused by the sale in the months of February and March 1991.
