Original written with 3 documents and S0 2 copies of communications fi to i-Obergruppenführer Minister of State F r a n k Beuddanee with report and draft reply to Dr. Reichsprotector Frick. The President of the State in Prague - Reichsauftragsverwaltung determined the compensation for Dr. Springer to 20,000 RM with a statement of 3l March 1944 and disregarded the additional request of Dr. springers, who claimed a total damage of approx. 57,000 RM. The procedure led to the following results: 1.) Springer did not need to leave Prague on 17 September with his family. There was no danger to life and limb of his political attitude. Therefore, there was no preconditions for the existence of an escape harm. 2.) Those against Dr. Springer from the Czech tax authority initiated foreclosure measures did not take place on political grounds. Dr. Springer's tax debt dates back several years and was caused by the careless and uneconomic behaviour of the Springer couple.
